We deliver a wide range of services in partnership with the NHS – from our hospital discharge and community-based rehabilitation services to our crisis houses, forensic step-down and medication management schemes.
Our medication support teams provide one-to-one support to people in their own homes, helping individuals to develop the awareness, skills and routines to manage their own medication needs.

Floating Support
Floating Support Service located at 336 provides practical focused support to persons referred by agreed pathways and living in Lambeth for 12 weeks. Support workers can provide assistance with Housing -Benefit and Social issues.
