- Office accommodation; affordable, accessible and serviced offices for disability, older people’s and carers’ charities. Currently we are home to 17 organisations
- Community conference centre; accessible, used during the week mainly by statutory and voluntary organisations for training, consultation events and public meetings. Evenings and weekends the space is used by a vibrant community of local faith groups
- Seedbed; we provide furnished offices for new start-up disability organisations at peppercorn rent in their first, vital year of operation, allowing them to establish themselves and become registered charities
- Other activities; our basement area is currently being used as a gallery space and as a teaching space for a recently established access to art project. It is also used for cycle maintenance workshops.

Disability Hub
We are 336 is a Disability Hub with strong links with the local community. People can access advice and support from the wide range of disability organisations based here and identify it as a welcoming and accessible resource. This role as a hub is being extended by the development of a Centre for Independent Living (CIL) within the building. This work is being actively supported by several disability organisations in the building and by We are 336 itself. The first service provided by the CIL is the One Stop Information Shop for Disabled People. which opened in May 2012.
